Computed Tomography Technologist Diploma Program

Program Overview

The Computed Tomography Technologist program at Stellar Career College prepares graduates to become CT Technologist. The CTT program offers graduate Radiologic Technologists, Radiation Therapists, and graduate Nuclear Medicine Technologists the opportunity to complete both didactic coursework and clinical skills experience necessary to prepare to meet eligibility for the professional certification in this field. The program focuses on specific skills and knowledge necessary to become proficient in this field. 

The program also offers clinical externship for Computed Tomography Technologist that is required for the certification. After successfully completing the program, students will be awarded the Certificate of Completion from Stellar Career College approved by the State. Graduates will be eligible to take the Computed Tomography Examination of American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

The Computed Tomography Technologist (CTT) Program at Stellar Career College is designed to equip graduates with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for a successful career in computed tomography. The program blends classroom instruction with hands-on clinical training, ensuring students are fully prepared for certification and real-world practice. It emphasizes patient safety, effective communication, and technical proficiency in diagnostic imaging.

  • Applicants must hold a valid Radiology/X-Ray, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiation Therapy license to enroll in this program

  5. (Optional) Submit certifications (CPR, CNA, etc.)
  6. Complete Online Assessments
  7. Attend Interview with Admissions Panel
  8. Review and sign required program documents
  9. Sign Enrollment Agreement electronically
  10. Receive Acceptance Letter and onboarding info

bachelor's degree or higher
