Program for International Students
Stellar Career College offers a variety of career-focused programs designed to equip international students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in healthcare and language development fields.
The Following Programs are Eligible CPT & OPT for Qualifying International Students
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist
- Radiologic Technologist
- Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (DMS)
- Echocardiography/Noninvasive Cardiovascular Sonographer
ESL Program
- Each term consists of 12 weeks or 3 months.
- Application fee is $100 (to be paid at the time of registration).
- Tuition fee for ESL program is $400 per month.
Healthcare Programs
MRI, Radiology, Ultrasound, Echocardiography
Each Quarter consists of 12 weeks or 3 months
The application fee is $100 (to be paid at the time of registration)
Down Payment of $2,000 (to be paid after receiving the i-20)
Tuition Fee for Healthcare Programs
Tuition fee is charged on per credit basis. The tuition fee ranges from $375 to $547 per credit hour depending upon the training program a student enrolls in.
Books, LMS, Technology, and Library Fee – $1,950
Payment plans are available
CPT & OPT options are available for qualifying candidates.

International Student Application Checklist
All international students who want to seek admission to our college should provide the following:
- Submission of the applicant’s international student application.
- Payment of a non-refundable application fee.
- Provision of an affidavit of financial support, which can be from a parent, guardian, sponsor, or government agency.
- Submission of official transcripts from high school or any previously attended colleges, along with their English translations.
- If available, submission of TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores.

Transfer Students
Transfer students, especially international students currently residing in the United States and seeking to transfer from another institution, should ensure that they meet the requirements and review the application checklist. For details about the application form and Transfer-in form, please contact our International Student Advisor.
Transfer students who experience a status loss situation and wish to transfer to SCC can use the Transfer Checklist by contacting our International Student Advisor. Our team will work closely with transfer students to navigate the reinstatement process. It’s important to note that students undergoing reinstatement must begin attending classes and maintain their class attendance until approval is granted by USCIS.

Applying for the F-1 Student Visa

Change of Status to F-1
If you initially entered the United States for work, travel, or any other non-student purpose, you may be eligible to change your status to F-1 by being admitted at Stellar Career College a SEVP-certified school.
An F-1 student is a nonimmigrant who is pursuing a full course of study at an academic institution in the United States. F-1 students are granted permission to remain in the United States for the duration of their studies(DS), as long as they are making satisfactory academic progress and maintaining their nonimmigrant status.
If you are interested in changing your status to an F-1 Status, you may contact our international student advisor. We can provide you with more information about the application process and the list of required documents.
Should a student find himself in a status loss situation and wish to transfer to SCC, they can make use of the Transfer Checklist by contacting our International Student Advisor. Our Team will collaborate with the student to navigate the reinstatement process.
