Program for International Students
Stellar Career College offers a variety of career-focused programs designed to equip international students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in healthcare and language development fields. Additionally, each program combines practical training with academic excellence to help students achieve success.
The following programs qualify for CPT and OPT opportunities for eligible international students:
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist
- Radiologic Technologist
- Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (DMS)
- Echocardiography/Noninvasive Cardiovascular Sonographer
ESL Program
- Each term consists of 12 weeks or 3 months.
- Application fee is $100 (to be paid at the time of registration).
- Tuition fee for ESL program is $400 per month.
Healthcare Programs
MRI, Radiology, Ultrasound, Echocardiography
Our healthcare programs include MRI, Radiology, Ultrasound, and Echocardiography. Each quarter consists of 12 weeks or 3 months.
The application fee is $100 and a $2,000 down payment is required after receiving the I-20.
Tuition fees range from $375 to $547 per credit hour, depending on the program.
Moreover, books, LMS, technology, and library fees total $1,950, and payment plans are available.
CPT & OPT options are also offered for eligible students.

International Student Application Checklist
All international students who want to seek admission to our college should provide the following:
- Submission of the applicant’s international student application.
- Payment of a non-refundable application fee.
- Provision of an affidavit of financial support, which can be from a parent, guardian, sponsor, or government agency.
- Submission of official transcripts from high school or any previously attended colleges, along with their English translations.
- If available, submission of TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores.

Transfer Students
Transfer students currently in the U.S. who wish to continue their education at Stellar Career College should review the Transfer Checklist. For details and forms, contact our International Student Advisor.
Furthermore, students who have experienced a status loss can reach out for assistance. Our team will help them navigate the reinstatement process and ensure they maintain attendance until USCIS approval.

Applying for the F-1 Student Visa
Students who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents are eligible to apply for an F-1 visa to study at Stellar Career College.

Change of Status to F-1
If you entered the U.S. for a reason other than study, you may still qualify to change your status to F-1 by enrolling at Stellar Career College, a SEVP-certified institution.
F-1 students are nonimmigrants pursuing a full course of study in the U.S. They may stay for the duration of their studies as long as they maintain good academic standing.
Students facing a status loss can reach out to our International Student Advisor for assistance. We’ll help you navigate the reinstatement process and ensure you maintain attendance while awaiting USCIS approval.
