The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (DMS) Program at Stellar Career College offers comprehensive training in ultrasound imaging, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on clinical experience. Students learn to operate ultrasound equipment, perform diagnostic procedures, and interpret sonographic images for various medical conditions. The program covers a wide range of specialties, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, cardiac, pediatric, and musculoskeletal sonography. Accredited by ACCSC, the program ensures graduates meet industry standards and are eligible to sit for the ARRT certification exam in Sonography. The curriculum includes essential coursework in anatomy, physiology, sonographic techniques, and patient care, along with a clinical practicum for real-world training.   2. Attend the mandatory Program Orientation Session
  3. Email admissions@stellarcollege.edu to request your Entrance Exam login
     (Include program in the subject line)
  4. Submit Required Documents (see below)
  5. (Optional) Submit certifications (CPR, CNA, etc.)
  6. Complete Online Assessments
  7. Attend Interview with the Admissions Panel
  8. Review and sign required program documents
  9. Sign the Enrollment Agreement electronically
  10. Receive Acceptance Letter and onboarding information

Bachelor's Degree or Higher Applicants

  1. Submit the Online Application
  2. Attend the mandatory Program Orientation Session
  3. Submit Required Documents (see below)
  4. (Optional) Submit certifications (CPR, CNA, etc.)
  5. Complete Online Assessments
  6. Attend Interview with the Admissions Panel
  7. Review and sign required program documents
  8. Sign the Enrollment Agreement electronically
  9. Receive Acceptance Letter and onboarding information.

  • Transcript (Minimum CGPA 2.0 required)
  • Updated Resume
  • Letter of Recommendation (from a supervisor or instructor)
  • Essay (1–2 pages, APA format):
