Medical Assisting with Phlebotomy Tech Program | 2025–2026 Enrollment Open

We’re excited to announce that Stellar Career College is now accepting enrollments for the Medical Assisting with Phlebotomy Tech Program — a hands-on, hybrid diploma designed to prepare you for a rewarding healthcare career. This 10-month program combines classroom learning with practical lab sessions, ensuring that you gain both clinical and administrative medical skills.

Program Features

  • 10-month hybrid diploma program
  • Includes Phlebotomy Technician and Medical Assistant certification eligibility through NCCT
  • Financial Aid available for qualifying students

Our program focuses on developing essential skills for real-world medical environments. Additionally, students learn to perform blood draws, handle laboratory samples, assist with patient exams, manage records, and support physicians in clinical settings. As a result, graduates are job-ready and confident in their abilities.

Weekly Orientation Schedule

To help you get started smoothly, Stellar Career College offers multiple weekly orientation sessions. You can choose from the following options:

  • Monday: 10 AM (In-person) & 2 PM (Virtual)
  • Tuesday: 2 PM (In-person) & 10 AM (Virtual)
  • Wednesday: 10 AM (In-person) & 2 PM (Virtual)
  • Thursday: 2 PM (In-person) & 10 AM (Virtual)
  • Friday: 2 PM (In-person) & 10 AM (Virtual)
  • Saturday: 2 PM (Virtual – available upon request only)**

Class Schedule

Our flexible schedule is designed for working adults and busy learners. Therefore, you can balance your education with other responsibilities:

  • Monday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Virtual)
  • Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (On Campus)
  • Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (On Campus)
