  • A staff dedicated to helping military students and veterans get started using their education benefits.
  • The ability to earn credit for military experience and training.
  • Scholarship and tuition assistance cover up to 30 percent of tuition fees.

Financing Your Education

  • Dependents’ Educational Assistance (Ch. 35) (dependents, survivors). Monthly educational benefit entitlement for dependents and survivors of veterans who are 100-percent disabled or who died of a service-connected cause or were a POW or MIA.
  • John David Fry Scholarship (Post-9/11 “GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government website at http://www.benefits.va.gov/gibill (dependents) – Tuition and fees (with limits), a monthly living stipend and book allowance to include children of those who died in line of duty after Sept. 10, 2001.

This institution is approved to offer GI Bill® educational benefits by the Illinois State Approving Agency.

Any veteran who has served at least 90 days of active duty after September 11, 2001, and received an honorable discharge is eligible to take advantage of the Post 9/11 “GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
